Urban Realty has engaged Gensler, an internationally acclaimed local architecture firm, to develop a well-planned and impeccably-designed building for this important stretch of Market Street. Urban Realty has produced preliminary ideas and schematics for the building design, images of which you can view on this website. We will be working with the Planning Department, our future tenants, and the community to ensure that the project is both aesthetically appealing, and fits well within the physical context of the neighborhood.
